About the Author
Christine Jaszay, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor and Director of Isbell Hospitality Ethics at the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University. She has two graduate degrees with minors in instructional design from Purdue University. She has 16 years university teaching experience and 15 years hospitality industry experience.
Paul Dunk is a freelance writer and author of over eighty short stories, three novellas, and two novels. His most recent book is a collection of short stories called, AStraight Up, A which can be ordered on-line @ www.xlibris.com.
